On this city walk, which takes about 2 hours, we are going to explore the historical city centre with its most important landmarks as for example the former imperial residence \u2013 the so called \u2018Hofburg\u2019 where \u2013 amongst others \u2013 the imperial treasury as well as the stables of the world famous white horses, the \u2018Lipizzaner\u2019 are located. Our way leads us across the \u201cGraben\u201d where we\u00b4ll see the \u2018Plague column\u2019, a masterpiece of baroque sculpting, to the impressive gothic St. Stephan\u00b4s Catherdral, the heart of Vienna.<\/p>\n
On our way we are going to get in touch with typical Viennese matters like for example the Viennese Art Nouveau (Jugendstil), the Viennese coffee house tradition as well as the life of the emperor Francis Joseph and his beloved wife \u2018Sisi\u2019.<\/p>\n
